About Jeep
Jeep is a line of sport utility and off-road vehicles from Chrysler. The company was originally founded in 1941 and produced the primary vehicle for the US Army during World War II. Currently, Jeep produces five models: Jeep Wrangler, Jeep Grand Cherokee, Jeep Liberty, Jeep Compass and Jeep Patriot.
About MPG
MPG is an acronym for miles per gallon. This refers to how many miles an automobile can travel on one gallon of gas. This number is normally broken down into two different categories: city driving and highway driving. A car will achieve better MPG on the highway due to less frequent stop and go driving.
About SUV
A sport utility vehicle (SUV) is a term used to describe a vehicle that combines the benefits of a truck with much more passenger and cargo space. A SUV is normally equipped with four-wheel drive, good off-road ability and a high towing capacity. Although very popular in the 90's and early 2000's, SUV sales are beginning to drop due to their bad fuel economy and the rising gas prices. The crossover is a smaller version of the SUV that has stole the early success of the SUV.
