How much salt in a gallon for a piercing sea salt solution?

Rate This Answer

Piercing Sea salt solutions help piercing to heal, reduce swelling & redness, clean the area and prevent infection. Drop about 1/8 of a teaspoon in 2 oz. So a gallon would need about 8 teaspoons. Turn on the tap water to its hottest setting; after the water gets as hot as you can stand it, fill the cup about 3/4 of the way full. Allow the salt to dissolve. Apply to area. ChaCha!
