How much should you tip at a cook at a hibachi restaurant?
In a Japanese restaurant, I believe the tip would be 15%-20% to the food server and the same for the "chef" depending upon your satisfaction levels. A tip left at the table will most likely be divided among the chef and the waiter. ChaCha on!
