How much water are you supposed to drink each day in fluid, ounces or liters?
The daily recommendation for women is 91 oz & 125 oz for men. This includes water from all sources (foods and drinks). Up to 20% of your water intake will come from food depending on your diet (higher fruit & vege intake means higher water intake).
