How much would Beethoven's piano be worth?
After Beethoven's death, the music publisher Spina bought his Broadwood piano (for 181 florins) at the sale of the composer's effects. Spina later gave the instrument to Franz Liszt, who donated it to Hungarian National Museum in Budapest, where it remains today. Because of this, the piano is priceless and its worth cannot be calculated.
