Most states do not regulate the age that a teen must be to be allowed to baby-sit. Most teen sitters are 13-15. ChaCha again!

Most states have no laws governing how old you have to legally be, to be allowed to babysit, however 12 YO is a good age. TY!

Must be 11 years of age by the last scheduled course date to receive a certificate for American Red Cross Babysitter's Training.
