How old do you have to be to buy a plan B pill?
They changed the age limit on buying a Plan B pill from 18 to 17 years old. Like their older counterparts, 17-year-old girls now will be able to go to almost any pharmacy, clinic or hospital and, after showing proof of age, buy Plan B without a prescription. Men 17 and older also may buy Plan B for a partner. ChaCha!

About Plan B
Plan B (full name: Plan B One-Step) is a common form of emergency contraceptive or ''morning-after pill.'' It is a one-pill contraception that women take after having unprotected sex or birth control failure. It can be taken up to 72 hours after intercourse; but the sooner it is taken, the higher the likelihood is it will prevent pregnancy.
