How old do you have to be to buy class C fireworks in the state of Kentucky?
In Kentucky, you must be at least 16 years of age to buy Class C (consumer) fireworks. No common fireworks item shall be offered for sale if it has as part of its device any wings, fins, or other mechanism designed to cause the device to fly. Thanks!
