How old do you have to be to gamble in a casino?

Children under 21 are not allowed in casinos therefore 21 is the legal age to gamble. ChaCha.

In most places you have to be 21, but some Indian Casinos will let you play at 18. In Indiana you must be 21. Good Luck and ChaCha

Gaming law requires guests to be a minimum of 21 years if age to gamble and identification is required. ChaCha!
