How old do you have to be to get your motorcycle license?

You must be 18 and already have your drivers license. You can get a motorcycle license under the age of 18 but it is difficult.

For a motorcycle license in Georgia, you must be 17 years of age and have parental consent, if under age 18.

A motorcycle license age is the same as a regular car license. The only difference is a individual must pass a safety course.

Applicants must be at least 16. If under 18 they must have parental consent and have held an instruction permit for 6 months.
