How old do you have to be to work at subway?

Children younger than age 14 may work in agriculture, but only under certain conditions and for fast food and other jobs it's 16.

14-15 yrs: no work before 7am, after 9pm, over 40hrs a week, over 8hrs a day.After 16, no work after 11pm on nights before school.

It depends where you live, and it can vary from Subway to Subway as they are franchises and are free to set their own policies.

On Subway's Application it ask "Are you 16 or older?", if you are 16 you have to have a valid work permit.Thanks for using ChaCha.

Most fast food places you can start when your 15-16 yrs old.
