How old is Santa Clause?

It is believed that Saint Nicholas was born sometime around 280 A.D. The tradition was carried on for many years after he died.

Lets just say that Santa stopped counting at 550 and leave it at that! He is to old to count all his birthdays.

St. Nicholas was born many centuries ago in the 4th century (born c 245 AD, and died c350 AD, various sources list various dates).

Santa Claus is very old, he was born in the 1800's. Yet he still brings his magic every December 25th. ChaCha on!

The legend of Santa Claus goes all the way back to St. Nicholas who died in 350 AD. So Santa Claus is about 1,659 years old.
