About Gym Class Heroes
Gym Class Heroes is a hip-hop rock band from Geneva, New York. The group formed in 1997 when Travie McCoy met drummer Matt McGinley in high school and decided to form a band. Later, Disashi Lumumba-Kasongo and bassist Eric Roberts came on board, and the group was signed to Fueled by Ramen and Decaydance Records. They have released three albums, 'The Papercut Chronicles,' 'As Cruel as School Children,' and in November 2011, 'The Papercut Chronicles II.'
