You can tell a good teacher from a bad one by observing them in class. You should be able to go in and sit during class. See how attentive the teacher is, how she helps and disciplines the students, and see how enthusiastic she is about teaching and being involved. Within a month you will be able to tell if your student has a good or bad teacher. ChaCha!
