Here is a simple meditation: Sit with straight spine, feet flat on the floor, arms and palms turned upward, at the joint between thighs and torso. Inhale sharply through the nose, with 1 short and 1 long inhalation. Tense the body and hold breath/tension for 5 seconds. Exhale through mouth, 1 short and 1 long exhale. Inhale slowly Hold for 8 counts. Repeat it 3 to 6 times.
