How to clean a cartilage piercing MORE?
Use a sterile cotton ball and dip it into your saline and sea salt solution. Gently dab the soaked cotton ball on each side of the hole. You might have to bend the top of your ear over to get to the backside. After the solution has had some time to dry, use a clean towel to dry the excess moisture. You want your piercing to stay dry so it avoids infection.
