How to cook a boiled egg?
Place the eggs in a pan with cold water covering eggs. Bring water to a rapid boil. As soon as the water reaches a boil, remove pan from heat and cover tightly. Let rest for 17 - 20 mins. Let eggs cool at least 10 minutes in cold water, then drain.
