To stir-fry bean sprouts, you will need 1 cup (about 2 ounces) mung bean sprouts; 1 tablespoon soy sauce; 1/2 teaspoon sugar; salt to taste; 1 tablespoon vegetable oil for stir-frying and a few drops of Sesame oil.
