How to cook chicken gizzard?
Put a little flour in a zip-lock bag along with some black pepper. Drop the gizzards in there, seal the bag, and shake it up. Put enough oil in a skillet to cover the bottom of the pan. Heat the oil. Pick your gizzards out of the zip lock bag and place them in the oil. Fry until nice and brown. Turn over and do the other side. Once they are browned on both sides, remove them from the oil and place in a cake pan. Place that pan in the oven that has been preheated to 350. Bake 15 minutes. ChaCha!
