How to do a half moon manicure?
1) Apply a base coat to clean nails. 2) Choose 2 contrasting polish colors. 3) Apply 1 of the 2 colors over top of the base coat and allow to dry. 4) Apply the 2nd color in the shape of a semi-circle at the base of the nail so that the flat side of the semi-circle is lined up with the base of the nail. Allow to dry.6) Apply a clear topcoat to the nail and allow to dry.
