If you want to forward (email) an entire conversation, from the convo, press the BB button and select "email conversation". If you want to copy and paste one message, or only part of a conversation, press and hold the shift key, and use the track pad to select the text you want, press BB button, and 'copy' the selection. Then you can start a new email, and press the BB button, and paste it there.
