Do you mean the Staten Island Ferry? If so, to get to Harlem from there you can go to the South Ferry Subway Station and take the #1 train all the way to Harlem which starts at 110th St. If you want to go to 125th St. the #1 stops at 125th abd Broadway and you can take a bus across 125th.
