How to give someone a perm?
1. Divide the hair into three sections. one middle and two sides. 2. Wrap the first section in perm rods and follow with the other hair on the sides. 3. Apply solution to all perm rods, then repeat. 4. Wait according to instructions in the perm kit. 5. You can check on the perm by partly unrolling one of the rods. 6. When done, rinse the hair carefully.
