How to make a RuneScape Citadel?
To make a citadel in Runescape, tell your clan mates to each stand on one of the stones surrounding the citadel portal. Make sure each person is standing on a different stone. Begin the ritual once everyone is on a stone. Whomever has the piece of paper, must use it to begin. Explore the citadel once the ritual is over. There is a skilling plot of collecting resources, a keep, a meeting tent, a citadel square, and even a battlefield.
