How to make a YouTube account on an iPod touch?
Don't make the account on your iPod. Use a computer to establish a youtube account, it's much easier. Once you've done so, download the youtube app, and sign on from you iPod. If you still wish to establish the account from your iPod, you must first download the app and resister from there. Good luck. ChaCha!
