Bologna Deer bologna stick recipe: 1 lb ground venison; 1 lb ground pork; 1 tsp black pepper; 1/4 tsp onion powder; 1/2 tsp garlic powder; 2 tablespoons Morton Tender Quick salt; 1/2 tsp mustard seeds; 1 tsp red pepper; 1/2 tsp liquid smoke. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Except the water, leave this to cover the mixture. Cover with 1 cup water. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Form into 2 sticks. Bake at 350F for one hour. Allow to cool.
