Sleep The best thing to do is get at least 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep. Some helpful tips to help you sleep better are: Exercise during the day time, don't eat for 2 hrs before bedtime, lay off the caffeine, take a hot bath, don't read or watch tv in bed, and if all else fails try taking half a does of a sleep aid (too much can make you drowsy the next day). if this persists for more than a week you should contact your primary care physican.
