How to unblock a url on a Dell laptop?
On your dell laptop you should click on your start menu, go to your control panel, open up your internet options,click on the security tab,click on internet, set it to default,then click on local intranet,set it to default,click on trusted sites,set it to default,click on restricted sites, set it to default, click apply, click ok and the site should open.
