How to use tow truck on GTA San Andreas ps2?
Fierro itself has a few locations where you can find a Tow Truck in motion. Areas like Doherty (where you first end up the very first 'proper' time you come to San Fierro, where CJ's garage is), the San Fierro Airport, and the Docks area. The timing of the day seems to be the same as Los Santos times: late afternoon-dusk time period.
