Choose an ideal wake-up time, and set an alarm for that same time every day. A daily bed time and wake-up time will help your body establish a rhythm. Eventually, you can wean yourself off the alarm; try setting it for 15 minutes later than usual – not so far off that you’ll ruin your day if you sleep in, but enough that you’ll find out if you can wake up at the same time without the alarm.
