I canned chicken yesterday, took them out of the canner to cool. Didn't check them till this morning and two of the jars didn't seal. Can I still use the 2?
I'd have to ask how long did you cook the meat? I can alot and I can usually tell from the smell if the meat/fruit is good or not.
