If a (NASA) rocket heads for Neptune today and if the astronaut turned 13 today how old would he be when he lands?
This will need to be estimated since we have never been to Neptune. The average spaceship goes 25,000 mph traveling to the moon, and Neptune's minimum distance from the Earth is 2.68 billion miles. So at current speeds of interstellar travel the journey would take approximately 12.2 years meaning that your astronaut would be just over 25 years old at the end of his journey

About Neptune
Neptune is the eighth and last planet in our solar system. It is named for the Roman god of the sea. It is the 4th largest planet by diameter and third by mass, 17 times more massive than Earth. It was descovered on September 23rd, 1846 and was the first planet to be found by mathematical prediction rather than observation. Neptune is largely made of hydrogen and helium, with bits of methane and ammonia in the atmosphere. Neptune has 13 moons, and a fragmented ring system comprised largely of frozen chunks of methane.
