Description: My cockatiel whistles and yet he has no lips. Cows have lips, but don't whistle. My teakettle whistles and yet it has no head. Trains whistle - wind can whistle - and yet .... my husband has a head and lips and all he can do is blow out air. Go figure.

Some birds do whistle yet have no lips. Cows have lips, but don't whistle! If a turtle didn't have a shell would it be hairy?
