If a company that goes bankrupt, lets say that I own a bunch of shares of GM stock and it goes bankrupt do I loose all my shares of stock if it files bankruptcy or if I hold on to my stocks and they come out of bankruptcy do I still own a part of GM?
If a company goes bankrupt, as long as the ticker is not folded, you still own a part of the company. ChaCha!
