If all parties involved in a golf outing were in the green and I left my ball on the green somebody else putting missed the hole and hit my ball who would be penalized, me for leaving my ball or him for hitting my ball?
It is a 2-stroke penalty to the player who putted the ball into the other ball. That player should have requested a mark. ChaCha!
