If I'm a 14 year old pregnant with my 19 year old boyfriend's baby, is there a way to play it out to where he wouldn't get charged with anything?
I'm unable to see what state your in, which would help us answer your question. In some states, a 19 year old who fathered a baby with a 14 year old will not be charged unless the 14 year old's parents prosecute. Have him call a lawyer for advice.
