If I buy an item online from China and I don't pay taxes ( Illinois), what would happen if the customs people find out, will it be confiscated or just taxed?
If they found out you didn't pay taxes on the item, you would just have to pay the tax. It is very unlikely that anyone would find out. ChaCha!
