If i eat a bowl of rice three times a day, only drink water, and excersise daily for a month, will i lose alot of weight?

That is a very unhealthy diet and you will be very weak from lack of protein and possibly die within a month. To lose weight, try a healthy diet like Weight Watchers, including fruits and vegetables. It's never a good idea to starve yourself. ChaCha!
