If I just took a blood test to see if i have diabetes. Now what?
The best thing you can do is ask your doctor. But, while you wait for your test results you need to be proactive in controlling your Glucose levels. You need to exercise, read up on diabetes, and get on a low-sugar/low-carb diet. But, like I said, you really need to talk to your doctor about your options!

About Diabetes
Diabetes is a health condition causing high sugar content in the bloodstream because the pancreas no longer produces insulin or the cells of the body are no longer metabolizing the insulin the pancreas produces. The primary symptoms of diabetes are increased thirst, frequent urination, and high levels of sugar in the blood or urine. Other symptoms include dry mouth, irratability, unusual weight loss, and extreme hunger.
