If I live in Kentucky but I set my residence to Ohio with a family member and attend school in Ohio or online home-school, can I get my Ohio drivers permit?
To qualify for a license in Ohio you need something to verify you have an address in Ohio. If your address is set in Kentucky then the DMV will not allow you to do that. ChaCha!
