If I live in the state of Illinois and have lived with my parents for a year, they claimed me on their taxes and I got my w2 form in the mail today, can I still file them?

If your parents have already claimed you on their taxes for this year, you can still file your taxes but you will not get a return. The return will go to your parents. ChaCha on!
