If I weigh 141lbs, how many push ups should I be able to do in order to be considered healthy?

According to Men's Health Magazine, for men under the age of 45, less than 20 push ups is out of shape, 21-34 is average and 35-49 is fit. Women should be able to do 60% of that. If you are a beginner, start with kneeling push-ups to build strength. ChaCha!
