If u kill a bird to put it out of its misery and its legs are still moving is it alive?
Killing a animal with an illness or broken limbs that would cause suffering for the animal to live with, or when the owner has insufficient financial reserves to pay for (or a moral objection to) treatment is considered humane by some. ChaCha!
