If you're 18 and already have a permit, can you just go and take the written test to get your drivers license in Missouri?
You must have a qualified person to go with you and say that you've had at least 20 hours of driving time on your permit then pass the test to get your license in Missouri. Have more questions? Ask ChaCha! Have a wonderful day and good luck!
