If you are on a muscle building diet, and are suppose to drink raw eggs, are you suppose to drink both the yoke and the egg whites?

The recipe I found is as follows, 12 raw eggs, 1/3 cup milk-and-egg protein powder, 1 banana (Make one to three mixtures of this formula and drink throughout the day, between meals, and before retiring. They didn't specify so I am guessing whole eggs
