If you have GES on your phone, will it still be able to track?
If you have the GPS disabled on your phone it should not be able to be tracked. The phone must be turned on in order to be tracked. In addition, it must be within range of a cell tower, and it must be able to receive signals from the GPS satellites. Thank you for asking ChaCha!
