If you have your license and you're under the age of 18 how many minors are you allowed to take in the car with you?
According to the Maryland General Assembly, if you have a provisional license, for the first five months, you are not allowed to have passengers under the age of 18 at all, unless you have an adult who is 21 or older next to the driver. Cha-Cha!
