If you were to get a small cut 2 or 3 layers of skin deep and you drew on it with a pen and let the skin heal over the ink would it be perminate/semi perminate?
If ink was inserted into the second layer of the skin, the dermis, then the ink would remain there permanently unless the body broke down the ink. This is best accomplished using a needle dipped in ink, however, as in a tattoo shop tattoo. ChaCha!
