Is a McRib more fattening than three and a half servings of chips?
The McDonald's McRib sandwich has a total fat content of 26 grams, which is 40% of your total daily allowance of fat. When comparing that to chips, it depends on the kind of chips you want. For example, Wavy Lay's Potato Chips have 28 grams of fat per serving, or 11 chips. Three and a half servings would be near 100 grams of fat. I'd go with the McRib. ChaCha for now!

About Fat
Fat is a nutrient that is essential for the body to function normally. Fat supplies energy to the body and makes it possible for the other nutrients to do their jobs. Unfortunately, we often consume far more fat than is necessary, which can lead to excess cholesterol and obesity, which are two factors that increase the risk of heart disease.
