Is a mild seizure bad?
A seizure is never "good". Get medical help if it lasts longer than 3 minutes, or if the person is in danger of really hurting themselves, or if they can't breathe. Find out the cause of the seizure (epilepsy or other) and treat accordingly. ChaCha!
